DE:Flicker smooths out flickering lights and artifacts

RE:Vision Effects, the San Francisco-based company behind many useful video plugins, has released a new plugin dedicated to fixing video footage that suffers from flickering lights and artifacts. It can handle strobing and light source flicker, clips with multiple flicker types, and significant changes in lights and shadows from timelapse footage.
