Austrian director and CG artist Johannes Schiehsl created this short in three weeks as an assignment for an experimental film class at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg.
The emphasis is placed on visuals, using surreal elements to give life to inanimate objects. Staged in a rural landscape, a conflict between nature and artificial (urban) human constructions is portrayed, using a mostly descriptive camera. The aggressive image of the reptiles is complemented by disruptive storm sounds.
